It wasn't always like that…
My financial
situation was nowhere near where I wanted it to be and my family was in a lot
of debt that we were paying off…
I wanted to
make money to support my family and my cricket journey.
But what I
really wanted was to figure out a way my father could retire from his job. He
wanted to do the things he's passionate about, and I wanted to give that gift to
him soon.
But instead
he was working two jobs while I was going to college, playing cricket, and
living out my dreams. I felt like a failure as a son.
I went to
college but I hated the system.
I knew that the society's advice: "go to school, get a job, work hard, get out of debt and save money" is BS and no one ever got rich by following this advice.
